Djurić-law is aware of the fact that users who visit our website are concerned about the data they submitted online, and wonder how it is stored and used.
In order to solve this problem and show that we are committed to the protection of personal data, we have developed and implement a personal data protection policy on our Internet pages, and we ask you to check it from time to time, considering possible changes.
We collect only those personal data that have been provided to us voluntarily. We do not require you to send us that information in order to provide you with access to our pages, and we do not ask you to disclose more information than is actually necessary to participate in an activity on our pages.
We primarily collect personal data so that we can send you changes and news by email, include you in participation in prize games and notify the winner, send publications, brochures and other advertising material and answer your questions or advice. We do not sell, transfer, or disclose the data we collect on our web pages to anyone outside Djurić-law without your permission, except in cases where it is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, in cases prescribed by law, in cases where you yourself have published and data.
Djurić-law does not collect data of minors. If you are a minor, please do not send us any personal information about yourself, including your first name, last name, residential address, telephone number or e-mail address. The transfer of personal data by minors should not take place without the consent of a parent or guardian. If, in spite of this, contact is established at the initiative of a minor, in the case of transfer of personal data by a minor, Djurić-law expressly refuses to receive any requests of a material or non-material nature arising from the processing of such intention of contact.
You can request a review of all personal data we have received from you. We may, at your request, update, correct or delete that data (if the data in question is still in our databases), or stop your use of that data in the future. If you want to exercise that right, simply contact us.
By sending personal data to Djurić-law, the respondent does not waive the rights guaranteed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia that protect personal data, and in particular the right to request the correction or deletion of their personal data from our database if they are incomplete, inaccurate or not up-to-date or their processing is not in accordance with the provisions prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Confidentiality of data
Djurić-law undertakes not to make personal data available to third parties, publish it, or give it to third parties for use without the prior consent of the user to whom the personal data refers.
We would like to emphasize that when visiting these pages, your personal data remains confidential, unless you wish to disclose it voluntarily.
We undertake that, except for the purpose of a legal investigation, we will not disclose the information we have received to other parties.
Djurić-law has the right to use data that is automatically entered when accessing the website and is not personal data (type of browser, number of visits, time spent on the pages, etc.) solely for the purpose of evaluating the number of visitors to the website and improving its content and functionality.

When you send us an electronic mail (e-mail) with personal data by which you can be identified, either through an e-mail message with a question or comment, or through a form that you submit to us by e-mail, we use that data for the purpose of fulfilling your requests.

Surveys and questionnaires
From time to time, we conduct surveys and questionnaires on our pages. The data we collect through those surveys and questionnaires are used exclusively for the needs of Djurić-law. If we publish a sample survey response on one of our pages, such sample does not contain personal data.
